Hugo Lindberg is a Stockholm-based architect and writer whose work engages critical theory and the politics of the built environment. His research examines the green transition in the north as a continuation of colonial practices in Sápmi, and the forms of architecture that emerge in its wake. Moving between drawing, photography, and text, he traces how mobility is translated into temporariness, and further into legal frameworks that deprive certain groups of rights and spatial agency. Hugo holds an MSA in Architecture from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and is currently studying Decolonizing Architecture—a post master in architecture held at The Royal Institute of Art.
